I can honestly see this as the type of coach we will look to bring in.
Our new owners have not bought us to be also rans, they want to make money and the only way to do that is to be successful on the field and in their ability to trade.
Regardless of our success in the play offs this summer is going to be very interesting

Yeah that's what we've been crying out for, someone that's never managed a football team in his life.
Only been assistant for one adults team to boot.
Its definitely what we've been lacking

But while we have our most successful manager of my lifetime at the helm, a manager with 4 promotions with 4 different clubs and a LMA manager of the year accolade.. i think it's slightly disrespectful to claim this young guy is EXCALY what we need, when he hasn't even had the job yet let alone done well at it anywhere.
