Looking at Campbell's appearances for Stoke last season he played a number of games where he lasted to 80 minutes. Our fitness issues have gone on now for three seasons in a row and it's unacceptable for a professional sports club to not be able to prepare, maintain and improved their players fitness. Amateur hour.

A few more 90min and we might have been without them (Gus, Campbell etc) for weeks or months. Managing minutes doesn't usually mean they're shattered and can't complete the game.

Do you have any sense of what he might be struggling with? Can he hope to recover from whatever he has? I’ve not seen anything informative written or said about his health beyond moans about his inability to do 90 minutes and general comments about health having been an issue for a while for him.
I've no idea, I'm in no way an expert but it's safe to say that he's had many experts look at him, I bet he's had more MRI and CT scans than I've had hot dinners, - but it seems nothing has changed.
I know enough to say that football injury expertise is a closed shop - sports injury protocols by physios are God you see.

Fwiw I'd suggest he has outside experts, and by that I mean outside of football, examine him.
I'm thinking of Osteopaths - who years ago Pro footballers consulted themselves outside of the norm - but now largely ignored. It won't happen because It's all about money - you can't risk having a potential multi million pound asset being mucked around by anyone outside the accepted box - insurers would have a fit.
( By the way I'm not an Osteopath).
