Exactly and in dreamland we can take out a big loan for transfers against future premiership income but what will it be secured against, neither are going to sign to secure knowing they might lose and if the other wins as full shareholder might empty the coffers and leg it.
BRP could leg it and be outside UK jurisdiction.
