This is THE signing I've wanted us to make, for a long time. Never did I think it would be possible. Expected him to well out of our league, figuratively and literally. I cannot believe he hasn't signed for a PL side.

This was the same last summer, with Hamer. Can't quite believe it.

My good Cov mate is gutted, and not the salty type, a proper good guy. He says they're gutted and surprised that he ran down his contract with them, to then not go to the PL and to sign for us. I've got to say, I fully understand it. It's us, with N'Diaye and Everton.

Yep, I have been very critical of Wilder and I still doubt he should be in charge. Although if there is one thing he can do very well is sell this football club to a player and make them feel wanted.
