Not “silly money” as Wilder mentioned it’d take to sell our best players. These owners want stringing up
That's the problem with selling to venture capitalists , as one of them said early on if you are going to fail, fail fast , which they have done , now it's onto the next investment opportunity for them

On the positive note I can now say he dresses and speaks like a bell end
I said that after he scored in playoff semi and wore those ridiculous earrings , got absolutely hammered on here for it , but at the time it was only Ollie burkes dress sense we could laugh at

It’s a very good price, but timing is everything.
I'm not a fan of this move in the first place, but leaving us scrambling around at the last minute is appalling. Happy to eat my words if we have a replacement lined up, but it is like doing your Christmas shopping on Christmas Eve.

We don't know whether he wanted to go or whether the club just wanted to sell or both.

Those saying the board are asset stripping might be right but it could be because of SCR or in part to cover the huge losses from last January's failed transfer business. If it's just going to cover the £35m that is owed to the Prince then obviously that is incredibly disappointing but we just don't know. In the absence of any info from the board fans will make their own minds up.

From the Star. Callum's explanation why he went to Wrexham.

"The club's so big and well known, and I just really wanted to come here. I'm so excited to get started,” O’Hare said. “I want to help the club go in the right direction and hopefully get what everyone wants – promotion to the Premier League.”

Wrexham are so big and well-known?
Really?

Promotion to the EPL with Wrexham?
Really?

Money talks I guess, Callum.

Been out spent by Lincoln, even they have spent £8m. We’re up £25m in transfers, this season.

The last year of parachute payment is roughly £18m, take into account the 14 players that left, the wage bill will also be much lower. Looking at those numbers Selling O’Hare just makes zero sense, it’s austerity on steroids. Something big is coming in the background, I’m not comfortable with it.

We’ve raised more on sales than we would have got parachute payments last year.
Don't forget we gambled in 2024-2025 and took out a loan on the following years parachute payment, Bettis confirmed this in an interview last year. So we didn't even technically have a parachute payment last year, we were just paying off the loan.

Absolutely gutted.

My favourite Blade of the current bunch.

Great mentality, great work ethic, decent technical ability. By all accounts great to have around the place and you can see that from the hype and encouragement and instructions he was bringing to others in every key moment, goal celebration etc.

As we improved over the last few years again, as part of the Hecky era, and then as we looked to rebuild following relegation... I wanted two players in this era, Hamer and then O'Hare. I felt properly fucking indulged at one bit 😂 as though the club were listening to me. Then, I can't help but feel that we never utilised them individually, or as a partnership to their full potential. And it's so fucking infuriating, and now here we are. Brooks/Seriki partnership disbanded, Hamer/O'Hare partnership disbanded. How have we managed to fuck that up so much.

The O'Hare sale is also indicative of so much more than Callum's departure directly.

Its yet another sale to another divisional rival. Its the sale of our player of the year, whilst still two years under contract, our greatest presser, model pro, with the greatest work ethic and mentality, that led what little discernible style of play that we had. It shows a lack of resources, planning, backbone, ambition. It's utterly pathetic.

And to fucking Wrexham, no less. Imagine spending your prime in Wrexham and in their fucking shed of a ground.

They can get to fuck.

And most importantly, these owners can get to fuck.

This is the most embarrassing transfer of all this is a f*king shambles i have never been so angry at a set owners they are biggest set of money grabbing leeches going!! Chansiri in disguise!.

I hope someone from the club reads our comments and let's them wastes of space know they are hated on the level of Chansiri was hated at Wednesday!!!

I can accept players moving on to the Premier league but selling Brooks and O Hare to our rivals is the actions of tinpot penny pinching parasites.

I have never been so angry!! I despised McCabe with a passion and not fond of the Prince at times but he communicated a damn sight more than These faceless goons.

The only positive Is I will now save a lot of money they can go and whistle I will not be giving then a penny they can genuinely whistle and get the hell out of our club I would rather go into administration and start again in league one than be stuck with pinching scumbags.

They need to realise things are different at the lane when it turns toxic at the lane things turn nasty and the best thing they can do is get out now!! Before they feel the full wrath of our fans.

They are a better proposition than we are

Whether we like it, and them or not, they narrowly missed out on playoff, something we weren’t close to, they have added to the squad, have real backers and are on the opposite trajectory to us

They played Liverpool in a friendly in New York.
We played at the New York

This is the most angry I have ever been about a player he was every inch a Blades player and loved playing at the Lanr and he knew he was loved by our fans.

This is even more unforgiveable than selling the Kyle's at least we sold them to the Premier league club this is to a team that was in Non league not long back.

They have over taken us because they are run by forward thinking proactive owners we are run by spineless penny pinching leeches that i hate with a passion.

I say get them our by any means necessary like the Italians do they do not mess about this is our club they are killing.

They have turned us into a laughing stock and that is absolutely unforgivable no matter what happens they can go to hell.
