Tonight at the end we won wilder celebrated very low key the players did I have last season players going mad etc but it’s job not done etc to me that shows immense mentality since Burnley we have showed a lot of mentality it’s excellent going the Wembley

Wilder knows that breaking the club's playoff hoodoo could rank alongside anything he achieved before, especially if it's a playoff from the Championship. The players seem to know it too and the whole group look very determined.

One of the many things that annoys me about the playoffs though is the delay between the semis and the final. If we could take this momentum and play next weekend, I doubt anyone could stop us.

My favourite sight related to recent mentality was when they broke away a little towards the end of the second half and we had 5 or 6 players absolutely busting a gut to get back.

This all day long, the gap to the final is ridiculous, a week between the 2nd leg and the final is plenty of time

Look a the difference between how we celebrated and Sunderland players I love how we are just saying business not done

There definately seems to be a very focussed approach from CW and the squad, which is looking good

I did wonder about the length of time between the semi final and final like many, until i realised Sky look like they want a game every night, so Chesterfield dont play there 2nd leg until Friday.

Its taking over a week to play all the semi finals,so fixtures dont clash.

I'm not its always been like that.

Dancing to Skys tune as usual

Largely agree but you've got to factor in how Sunderland won it and that they've been out of the top flight for a while now.

Watching last night though, I was thinking to myself, go on....go really OTT. I was hoping to see 'we're going to Wembley' flags and the job lot.

I agree, but Sunderland have more momentum than us right now after last night so the break is good
