I think hope there's more to come from him tbh. Seems reluctant to take men on down the line meaning most of our attacking threat comes from the right. Maybe a left footer in the advanced left slot instead of Harmer would help him get forward more... Lots of options with the excellent midfielders we have though.
He is very solid defensively.
 
Started the season looking totally lost in the championship. Think it was more a change of playing in front of such a big expectant crowd.

He looks a very smart player. His left foot isn’t as good as I expected however he looks a really good left back in the championship and at 22 Is great for us.
 
There's a reason Wilder never subs him off. Of all the players brought in this summer he might be low-key the best.

Burrows reads the game well and knows how to tackle. A bit more gelling with those forward of him will benefit him. At his age and quality that was a great bit of business buying him.

I also like that he was captain at Peterborough. Shows that he has the intangibles, too.

Can see him become captain here at some point, as well.
 
I was really impressed by Burrows today. He's technically excellent, rarely gives it away even when in tight situations under pressure.

Set piece deliveries are great and almost brought rewards a few times.

You only have to look at his stats at Peterborough to know there's more to come from him if we can get him into better areas in the final third.

At 22, loads of improvement left in him. A very solid bit of business.
 
He is one of the players Paul Warne picked out too. I think he goes under the radar a bit but he does look like he will be class.
 
I’m not sure what the fuss is with Burrows. No goals, no assists, set plays meh, gets a nose bleed trying to go forward, not quick, but better defensively than i was led to believe.

If we’d hadn’t have spunked a pre-season chasing him due to his lofty reputation, I’m not sure we’d be as confident that he’ll come good.

Hopefully a slow burner who will gradually flourish.
