Bristol City Catering Charges

Me and a mate both had random £18 transactions go out of our banks yesterday, we've looked into it and it's from a company that's owned by the same folks as the actual Bristol City catering firm, Rawlings Catering.

Probably an honest mistake and it's being investigated by both of our banks, but I just thought I'd mention it in case any other Blades have had the same.

Also, not sure if she's on here but big thanks to the woman who helped me up after I went flying on the slippy concourse and smashed my back. I still can't walk today, but I really appreciated the help up and getting the stewards etc ⚔

We both bought two beers, him before the match and me at half time.

Those charges are on there, as Rawlings Catering, but then we've both got £18 charges under another company's name, which is owned by the same guy as Rawlings.

It's still being looked into by our banks so I don't want to say its theft as such, but it's certainly a bit fishy

yep -its theft they have taken more money than I assume you were charged.

Bettis says he’s aware of issues from fans re catering on the concourses at BDTBL and says Brexit and Covid have played a part in the problems. Good news is he has a solid plan of action…….. “you just have to hope it's going to get better the longer time goes on."

Did you get this sorted? Banks are really good at getting your money back these days, but wondered if something more sinister was going on?

The bank just refunded it and they said they'd look into it from their side!

Not sure what happened with it, whether it was just a (strangely coincidental) error or something sneaky, but I don't think I'd be surprised either way
