With all due respect, signing 4/5 players in our current state surely this is inevitable. Watched Everton earlier and im not sure TI is better than what we have. He'll be on good money plus a decent loan fee for what they paid. Id rather us put that money into a forward. Im excited about Zatterstrom think he's rhe sort of player (same as Soumare) we should be after. UTB

It certainly seems it from the outside looking in.

We better spend money on a competent recruitment structure because its been the same basket case approach of short termism which ends up costing us more in the long run.

Our current set up is going to see us lightyears behind clubs with the slightest bit of competency in regards to this department.

What makes you believe 5 or 6, is that an educated guess or your insider contacts feeding you the information?

Besides it's us being us, why are we so slow to close a deal?

I sincerely hope this is the case of 5 or 6, even if they are average at best, at least we'll have more bodies through the door.

But we understand the danger of getting relegated so are willing to over spend if needed to avoid relegation

So will likely end up with a couple loans and 3 or 4 players but possibly guys from lower championship level teams or even league 1 guys if needed

We've signed 2x young Nigerians, 1x young Bulgarian, 1x young Peruvian and are looking at a 20yo Swedish CB.

They're all LONG TERM signings.

It's the sort term stuff we are massively lacking

I think T-Blade saying we are throwing bids everywhere is now proving to be true. Since he said that it’s all blown up with Godfrey, Tanganga, Billing etc. I’m guessing it’s moving at a pace T is reluctant to commit to much until he’s got something concrete.

Either way I’m refreshing his profile constantly in search of my next dopamine hit.
