The Premier League may have the gaze of the world's media fixed upon it.
But if you think it's demanding being a top-flight boss here, try being under the microscope at one of Europe's famous old footballing names – and Sheffield United's sister club.

Namely Ferencvaros, the traditional flag-bearer of Hungarian football, with one-time Blades striker Bobby Davison the man entrusted with carrying the hopes of millions in the Magyar nation.

To all the technical folks (if you know the rules), Bobby says he has a couple of players who could make our team but as Jamaican internationals can't get a permit. Once they put in a year in Hungary could they move after that?????

If Hungary is in the EU then if the Jamacian Nationals can get Hungarian Nationality then they will be able to join Utd. It all depends how long it takes. It takes 3 years in Belgium for example, but 5 in the UK. I dont know how long for Hungary.

Lowton and Wedgbury have gone out there:

SUFC:

Development squad members Sam Wedgbury and Matthew Lowton are currently training with United's Hungarian sister club Ferencvaros with a view to signing on-loan when the NBII campaign resumes in March.

The duo are part of United's training development programme and should they join Fradi they will meet up with two familiar faces.

James Ashmore and Liban Abdi have been with Bobby Davison's men throughout the first part of the season.

Versatile Lowton is the Blades' leading appearance maker at reserve team level, whilst Wedgbury has also featured on a regular basis for United's second string, either side of a loan stint at Mansfield Town.

As much as I revere Hellsbore Bob for that memorable derby after we all doubted him, he was responsible for the gold and lilac kit we had some years ago .....
