Kevin Gage, until he started scoring goals. I hated him. He was entirely terrible at heading a ball. Was shocked when he improved and became a good player for us. Now tormented by his punditry as punishment.

Harry Maguire, when he was breaking through and some time after the shit people spouted about him was unbelievable.

The treatment Danny Wilson got when he was appointed was entirely undeserved, particularly when we'd had plenty from the great unwashed come to us afterwards and been great servants - see Alan Quinn, Derek Geary and Richard Cresswell as a few fairly recent ones.

The guy did a good job and would have taken us straight back up if Ched Evans had kept his fly zipped.

Captain Blade, always first out onto the pitch, entertaining the crowd, never forget his incredible tackle on that Ozzie Owl, bought him down in a pile of pigshit.
😁

Definitely Paul Coutts pre Wilder. I couldnt understand the stick he got
it is forgotten because the wilder era changed history. but in that final game of adkins era, scunthorpe at home with the lap of shame

there were 2 substitutions i remember & if Hammond was enemy number 1 with his "salute" to kop. coutts was arguably enemy number 2, as he had pretty terrible walk off the pitch

Paul Ifill took dogs abuse from TBBM for not regularly skinning his man and putting goals on a plate for our forwards.

Billy Sharp wins this category, best fans int world ours tha knors...

Also Stefan Scougall. One of the few fuckers who bothered trying to actually play for us during the Clough/Adkins era. Yet all he got was disparaging remarks about his stature.

Best fans int world ours tha knors...
