Blades on Slovak TV v Oldham

Is it just me that finds it odd that Slovaks would be interested in watching 3rd division English football?

Don't find it odd at all that people want to watch The Blades.

Southend at home was on Ukrainian TV last season in an International weekend. I guess in the absence of the top 2 divisions we are the biggest 'name'

So far as domestic TV audiences are concerned, our away games are the only games in the bottom 2 divisions that get even semi-respectable ratings, which is why Sky usually show us away and not at home.

There will be a number of channels in all sorts of weird and wonderful places showing this game.

Still be better than listening to a game on the BBC where that woman is commentating who sounds like an 11 year old boy.

Don't listen to the radio commentary at the same time. There is a few seconds delay and it's really weird.

Allegedly, there is a Facebook page where people stream the game from mobile phones. If that page actually existed it would be a good thing to put on the speakers because you might (if it were to exist) get the soundtrack from the Blades fans there.

Yep... think its gone. It was on Digisports website listed as been shown but seems to have been replaced with a man City vs Liverpool re run.

When it comes to league 1,its a time filler for foreign tv stations. They dont change epl or championship games so there will be plenty of games on these channels next year. The foreign stations often change their schedules last minute and given that there are several international games on, thats what they've done. i have checked all european sports tv suppliers. Nobody is showing oldham game or any other league 1 game.
