Cahill,whats the atmosphere like today,English and Welsh seem to be getting on (at the moment)
 



Following England abroad you surely must have to prepare yourself for the possibility of shit (not just the football) hence you couldn't pay me to go. But the Russians. ..gee, there summat else. Are they worse than England fans of the 80s/90s cos they're so organised? I dunno.
After reading various riveting accounts/interviews with these lovely people numerous have stated how they like to fist fight etc...true, but lost count of the times Ive seen them fist fighting five or six onto one.
We're living in a very angry world which sadly just seems to be spiralling out of control.
 
It was reported yesterday that they are all sober, no alcohol or drugs, premeditated, organised, look and act like a despot run country,pretty frightening,needs a quick and strong response by the police,courts and fifa, what the hell it will be like at the world cup in two years I dont want to imagine, wasn't it there deputy PM who backed the thugs the other day? How will they deal with it in there own back yard with idiots like him in charge, take it off them now, feel for the good fans but if these scum manage to get away scot free now imagine how confident they will feel in there own country.

The slight irony is that we are the only country whose "ultras" are absent, as they have been banned from travelling - whilst the Marseille/PSG ultras, and those from nearby countries are all there in force. It seems a little unfair when a few merry overweight england fans get attacked without provocation by organised gangs, and then get criticised for being beaten up!

It should be noted that Uefa have only charged Russia, and the French prosecutors have expressly blamed the Russian gangs. It is time that perhaps our media stood up for us.....

It helped having a Sky reporter as an eye witness amongst the English fans when the trouble broke out outside the ground.

I'm in central France at the moment, nowhere near the trouble thankfully. You're right the fans do seem to be getting along at the moment , fingers crossed

Are you kidding there's footage on line (Collymore posted it on his Twitter) of 100s of England fans marauding about chasing Russians and kicking wing mirrors off cars!

Can only comment on what you see, the English last night were guilty of singing, such a crime.

Whenever groups of England fans are singing about the IRA, Germans or hating France, I think le plod should announce on a loudspeaker that anyone who's not actually a bellend should leave immediately. The remainder can then be corralled into a wagon, driven directly to Syria and released into the wild.

I think that's hugely unfair on the Syrians.
