I would have settled for 3-4 points from the last three games at the start of the season let alone 7. We‘re reyt.
 



Not seen a thread with Blades calling Blades since Adkins days. Shows how far we’ve come
 
If Norwich arent sent packing next game with at least a 4 goal defeat I'm done.

I think many folks felt the same after the meagre 1-1 away draw at Ipswich last season. It was seen as 2 points lost, not 1 point gained, at a time when we were chasing promotion. It resulted in the majority of folks on here saying, "play-offs are over". There's nothing quite like unrealistic expectations, elevating expectations to a point where disappointment is viewed as failure.

This is another example.

We had 3 home games against lower placed sides. To some that had to mean 9 points - but it rarely does - for any team.

I was disappointed with the result yesterday - but not the performance. And I think you have to look at the performance to gauge how we are likely to continue from here onwards to the rest of the season. And I'm totally happy with that. I don't see us doing any other than performing to a high level, week in, week out, against whoever. And if we do that then I can only see a very positive outcome for the team.

If you let yourself be tossed on the horns of individual results, and ignore the performance, then you will live your life on a see-saw of emotion and not recognise success from failure.

To be fair, there is no need for it.

I get much more enjoyment from having a beer and a chat with opposing fans than I do from chucking childish insults at em.

Like their fan trying to take on pretty much the entire Blades home attendance on Bramall Lane only to be be put on the floor then they all cry about their fan being the victim.

Same as their players trying to get our players sent off.

They always come off worse.

From getting their heads bounced off the kerb outside the Railway in 2017 to the fact that for all of their twattish antics, they've failed to beat us in 7 attempts.

It's the weird victim complex they have that I find bizarre especially in every case of our fans being a disgrace its usually in response to their fans being bellends. It's wrong their fan getting sparked a few years back but he was pretty much goading every united fan around him.

They seem to have this holier than thou arrogance about them.

They're sanctimonious cunts, and they're the worst ones for it.

I'd be embarrassed if I ever heard our lot complaining en masse all over social media about how mean and rowdy the opposition fans were. It's pathetic.
