Blackwell Out Hijackers

As more and more threads on this forum are being hijacked by the "Blackwell Out!" side of the Great Footballing Argument I am starting to wonder where they will pop up next.

Will they appear on the news, demanding that the newsreader talks about how shit Blackwell is, instead of the Muntab Question?

Will they hijack the weather, demanding that Rob McElwee flies the programme immediately to a non-extradition country, "and none of that hoofball trickery while you're at it"?

Will they appear in the middle of Coronation Street, lambasting Betty's Hotpot for it's lack of proper football, just like Blackwell?

Can we expect to see them on a Greenpeace boat? "Fuck the whales, the plankton eating bastards! They are backing Blackwell!" EH? "Well, none of them are in the Lane car park, waving shoes and chanting 'Blackwell Out' are they? Harpoon them all, the fuckers!"

This may seem a bit harsh having a dig at one side and not the other, but it seems that more and more of the threads end up in a "Blackwell Out" stylie, regardless of how they start. And for the record, me moaning about this does not equate to my support of Blackwell.

I tend to join in the debates centred around this kind of thing but it is getting tedious, perhaps you should start a section purely for BO threads

Obviously you are managing to be quite selective in what you read if you have not seen any examples. I am not a computer nerd so don't have the time to dig them out and repost them, but we have had many posts on here which were simply a paragraph of insults where someone was trying to demonstrate how many vulgar or gross acts they could interpret.

Say you do not like what X is doing but why does a comment on his soccer ability have to be linked to how or where he likes to masturbate. I find this apparent need to demonstrate the 'strength' of an argument by adding comments on bodily functions quite adoloscent. I accept the odd detour as folk care and get upset but I feel some quite loose track and focus on the insults. End of sermon. UTB!

If that's what your sermons are like I think the authorities need alerting.

Hey son, not personal but you win, I quit, guess you see (read) what you see, don't think this is much entertainment for others. A pint and two minute chat would probably sort it, but don't have time for a conversation on here when I'm trying to work between breaks.
