Just turned on and immediatley heard him moaning about the loss of players after the play-off final. No mention of how shit his side was that day are the huge wedge he spent on wages last term.

At least they have got him on when lower league football is the order of the day.

Loving this!!! Talking about the disgraceful non-penalty in last minute for Hartlepool at MK Dons he can't help but mention we had two major decisions go against us v QPR which he seemed to suggest help him get the sack. No mention of the disgraceful lack of cohesion and organisation.

You sure LS26 wasn't aiming that comment at you Mic?

Always nice to see the Wolves and Burnley goals again

If they've shown the Watford ones as well, it's fairly safe to say any Chairman thinking of picking up the phone will have just made his mind up.

Blackwell Out! Oh.... wait a minute, that happened a few weeks ago...

Let it go .... he's gone now! Were in a new era aren't we?

I know FFS! He's not the manager anymore.....but I'm pretty sure that broke some people's hearts as they lost their favourite whipping boy

I didnt think he was up to the mark either and I agreed with the decision to let him go, but feck me.....will our fans ever just put it to bed?!

Boooooorrrrriiiiiing!

who the fuck was the doppleganger at the end there i was seeing double ?

Maybe the anti KB guys would not have brought this up except for thet fact that KB showed his face on SSN. Balanced journalism shows both sides of a point of view IMO

Thats very true but his comments didnt really reveal a lot....certainly not about any of the things I was curious about. Bit of a nothing appearance from him really.

I just dont understand what more there is to say about Blackwell. He wasn't up to the mark, made excuses, insisted on ugly and direct football, but now he's gone. The bloke tried his best but over the tenure, his best wasn't good enough. Simple as that.....discussion over. Its the reason a lot of these "clappers" complain on here and its also the type of thing that has made me not bother posting for a couple of days. Just the same old boring topics....nothing interesting

See, you're making the mistake of not being mentally ill. Develop a bit of a problem and you'll find this stuff eternally fascinating.

Qantas. Qantas never crashed. Never crashed.

I just watched it and thought he came across very well.

Didn't reveal anything new, but then again why would he, kept himself professional.

Yes you have to give him that. He will be looking to get back into work no doubt so there is no reason to bring any of it up.

As I said I agreed with the decision to move him on and felt it should have come sooner but I never disliked the guy as some do. I'm pleased to see he has got over the disappointment and is moving on....good for him.

I thought he came across pretty dignified and didn't get drawn into slagging McCabe (mebbes a confidentiality clause helped).
He only let himself down by identifying a bit too detail of the child abuse stuff.

What child abuse?

A story about a player who'd said he couldn't play only shortly before a match because his son had been abused.
He was using it as an illustration of the different things managers have to cope with and that fans have little idea of.

Didn't hear that as it was just the "highlights" on Sky Sports website

He didn't get drawn into slagging McCabe because all his time was spent talking about his 44% win record and never being below 9th. No mention of boring the fans senseless and the riches he was given. And the child abuse stuff is typical of Blackwell, opening his gob without any regard for what is coming out, but always with a view of making out his job is so difficult.

If and when he gets a new job I cannot wait for the quotes and the bullshit.

Very bitter Mic let it go! :)

Hated him as a football manager for ages but the comments suggesting child abuse were totally out of order and any minute piece of respect I may have had for him as a person have been blown out of the water. Total idiot.

Not really Swiss. The bloke is a prize muppet, you know it, we all know it. The damage he has done to SUFC cannot and will not be ignored or forgotten. I wish I could but I can't help it I'm afraid.
