Thats very true but his comments didnt really reveal a lot....certainly not about any of the things I was curious about. Bit of a nothing appearance from him really.

I just dont understand what more there is to say about Blackwell. He wasn't up to the mark, made excuses, insisted on ugly and direct football, but now he's gone. The bloke tried his best but over the tenure, his best wasn't good enough. Simple as that.....discussion over. Its the reason a lot of these "clappers" complain on here and its also the type of thing that has made me not bother posting for a couple of days. Didn't reveal anything new, but then again why would he, kept himself professional.

Yes you have to give him that. He will be looking to get back into work no doubt so there is no reason to bring any of it up.

As I said I agreed with the decision to move him on and felt it should have come sooner but I never disliked the guy as some do. I'm pleased to see he has got over the disappointment and is moving on....good for him.

Thanks for doing this, hard to get this stuff overseas. Actually thought he did quite well. Certainly a contrast to Warnock. Likely to be back soon and doing well. I still think we are moving forward though, without him in charge.

And the child abuse stuff is typical of Blackwell, opening his gob without any regard for what is coming out, but always with a view of making out his job is so difficult.
