This is a complete waste of a game. We should have been playing the bulk of the first team to start to drill some cohesion. If that would make players too tired for a game on Saturday then I despair… 2 full recovery days is plenty at this stage in the season.
Tonight is just destroying some young lads confidence.
Hopefully he goes stronger second half.

The difference in quality between these teams is disturbing. I know we’ve made a LOT of changes but they have also made a few and look a hell of a lot better.

Yes their changes include bringing in £10 million Doyle, while we have brought in Marsh who didn't exactly shine on loan at Fleetwood last season.
