I'd say the Manager has been the biggest improvement ever, in my lifetime anyway!

The commercial side have done wonders over the past few years. They've really found a connection with the fans all stemmed from this 'forged' idea and completely ran with it. Brilliant social media engagements and it will benefit us with up and coming fans.

Does help when the playing staff win as well mind!
