Biggest cock you've ever seen at the lane...

James Madisson and his "I'm injured" routine last season
There was that Chesterfield player who outdid Madison, can't remember his name..he was rolling around on the floor trying to win an Oscar...hilarious.

Got to be Huckerby for me after scoring at the kop end then showing off. Was close to getting lynched and was lucky to be pulled away from the kop by a team member.

Who can you remember as being a dick!
Do you mean Paul McVeigh Derf?
Remember him doing a sort of Andy Moeller pose in front of the Kop that didn't go down well...2nd half winner for them i think.

It was Paul McVeigh and he was a full weight dickhead. He seemed to be goading the KOP for what seemed like ages at the time.

Martyn Woolford in the last game of the season vs. Scunthorpe for giving a big "f**k off' hand gesture to the kop when they cheered his substitution.

He tried to play it down as a big misunderstanding after but it was blatantly clear.

(To think in the space of a year we went from players being told to stay away from POTY awards that night to the following year where Couttsy was serving behind bar and players/staff/fans all pissed up singing Blades songs together)

Alan Ball

Jan 1970- called us a "glorified 3rd division club" after we beat Everton 2-1
Jan 1972- sat on the ball not long after Arsenal scored the 5th goal against us
October 1972 - got sent off and the Lane crowd gave a big cheer ( more than when Dearden scored the only goal of the game) Ball slow handclapped at the crowd on the way to the tunnel.
Sept 1973 - TC's revenge

He made no rude gesture whatsoever. He sarcastically clapped and waved at the Kop for their reaction.

He was utter shite but I don't see the point in lying about him giving the fans the finger when he didn't.

Anyway back on topic....

Carlton Palmer for telling our players, "Wait til you come to the Sty" :p:D

Worked out well for him.

Maybe not, but Paul Richardson certainly gave the kop the rods when he was substituted in what proved to be his last match. Add him to the list.

I'll nominate David Platt. Acted like a right nob when he was Player Manager for Forest. And got himself sent off. He must have been stressed.
