A lot of promise, well packaged, sort of hard on the edge, bit of gristle but no follow through, looks good from a distance, cheap and certainly won’t have another go next year..

Port Vale . I got one when we played em way back when when Bassett was at the helm . Ended up drawing 3-3 on a gloomy Tuesday night .

Their centre back at the time just got on my fucking tits . I took aim and let fly but the twat moved just before impact . The pie itself was perfectly aerodynamic and the pastry held it together beautifully . It's by far the best pie I've ever seen at any game .

Worst ? The Millenium . I bought two on that fateful day in the play off final . I targeted Warnock twice and both times the shit Welsh offering disintegrated almost immediately. I did managed to cover a disable family in leek and balti pie but I still felt robbed
