I'm guessing there were stipulations like minimum number of games that kept Lee Baxter out of the GK slot. Also what number was Tony Moore? I can't recall him doing anything on the football pitch after being announced he was playing. Of course there are now more contenders for both squads who have surfaced in the last 7 years.
