Anyone else concerned about the contract situations of Brooks and Seriki.

Campbell somewhat also.

Ideally hamer would sign an extension but it seems well known he wants to head back home.

We, as a club, cannot afford to lose valuable players for nothing. We'd end up like the demented fuckers from S6.

Are you joking ?
CoH was in the running for PotS when I last looked and even if he's out of form , he's a wholehearted player and likeable for that in any case.
No
I consider him to be the same quality as a no 10 (his best position) at this level or above as the imbecile Wilder is a manager.
Everybody tells me Wilder is a good manager as well.
22% have voted that he is a 'great manager' this last couple of days.
Hall? was it of the Star last year was telling us he was SUFC's greatest ever manager.
I know better.
I WATCH
EVERY GAME
I KNOW WHAT THEY SHOULD DO and be able to do.
He is clearly not our worst ever player though.
A nominal assist yesterday although the Seriki pass made the chance of a goal
There must be hundreds appearing under Wilder alone whereas managers were few and far between until very recently, when they did appear after years of team selections by committees and then General Managers.
I desperately hope to see a bid for him from someone like Coventry with money to spend and the impression of so many he IS somehow a good player
Despite him being too slow, too weak, too quickly fatigued, too poor a striker of a ball to be considered a good player at even this level let alone above by any serious scout.
There was a Basset signing targeted for being so slow and weak
His name was John Gannon.
He could take a quality free kick
and in terms of strength (of tackle) if not similar none existent pace
He was like a cross between the Incredible Hulk and Ironman compared with floorboards OHare

About time this was updated when we have to think which 15 WE would let go
before the imbecile reeks his havoc again
Must be a depressing task though when our longest two contracted players are two appalling none players
Floorboards OHare
and Cannon BALLS
God is this manager shite.

Still no squad update I see.
Just some worrying posts that Brooks and Seriki REALLY ARE still close to contract end and leaving.
As I would if I was a GOOD player here under this anti-football tyrant Pepshit Cocoa the Clown follower.
Young players are told to play in an insane manner rather than learning good habits and practices that are fundamental to good players and winning teams and senior good players can gain little or no satisfaction playing under these insane instructions.
We have had the insane situation where in consecutive seasons first RND and this Ben Mee have cost us goals and a Cup exit by playing this brain dead possession football for no gain but clearly at risk of conceding goals and games as it happened.

Both have another year to go on their current deals, I am not too overly concerned as although they are talented footballers being academy products, if a sensible bid from a club comes in then we have to accept that we aren't in a position to turn it down and take it with a sell on clause. That said, I am not sure of too many clubs that will be sniffing unless they are from the newly promoted sides. Both of them signed extensions to their original deals in the winter transfer window of 2024 and wouldn't be too surprised if that was the case again. As individuals them (led by their agent) have to be greedy and get the best contract for them as players. If that turns out being with us then great, if not then we have to negotiate the best deal for us both cash and potential future cash.

Callum O'Hare despite his limitations has contributed more this season than Burrows, Tanganga Rothwell McGuinness, Chong.Seriki Ogbene. Soumare, Arblaster, Davies,............. O'Hare isnt the problem.

"too quickly fatigued"?
He's the only player we have currently capable of putting a shift in for the full 90 minutes. Under Selles he was a one-man press because no other fucker could be bothered.
Yes, he's lightweight, but if he was perfect then he wouldn't be playing for us (like his mate Gus).
