100 mile drive to night matches means tea is a burger outside the ground, especially now the chippy on Shoreham Street has closed.

We usually use the one on the corner of John Street opposite the Cricketers next to the Spar but the burger we had before the West Brom game was rank....any suggestions....i know most we be pretty basic!

This one at the opposite end of John Street always seems busy, but I haven’t tried it myselfE72258DF-949C-4EA4-A6E4-719741894F6A.jpeg

Pro Tip #1889

When searching for the optimal match day burger experience and you are presented with a selection of burger vans one must look for the fattest bastard serving. They really know their stuff. In the event of two fat bastards serving in separate vans you should try and instigate a fight to the death, Thunderdome rules.

Ah yes, the Michelin (man) Guide

Bramall Lane end, up towards where Copthorne entrance used to be on t'other side of the road.....get a double or triple cheeseburger down ya!

If we're talking just burger vans near the ground then this is the only correct answer to this question.

Better options up on London Road but from a van perspective that is the best by far IMHO.

The worst is the one on the corner of Bramall Lane end / Cherry Street, opposite the cricketers.

That is no Kahuna Burger.

I'd rather kill myself than eat from a burger van. Cheap, nasty meat on a dry style cheap burger bun with a Netto cheese slice to top it off.

Lovingly prepared by a fat bloke sweating every bead on top of the burger, talking away, handling money leaning over said burger while it's on the griddle.

No fucking thanks.

Surely every van needs two fat bastards each to stop it tipping over?

Seriously, just imagine this with a Marks and Spencers voice over....
