He is injured...did his ankle....even tho on subs benchBarrow came on as a sub at the Lane and was impressive, but seems to struggle to get in the Reading side.
He's like the bastard child of Deadbat
Can't fault his commentary, his analysis was spot-on, and the fact that he could cite the likes of Clarke, Sharp, Fleck and Duffy as instrumental players for us tells me that he's a football fan who knows his stuff. If only there were more like him.
But he is as good when reporting on an Ipswich game, if a little more morose. I really like him, says it how it is. Not sure I'd have been as dedicated as to attend last night as a neutral, too pigging cold. This is the beauty of watching football when you don't support a team involved. Take the emotion out of it and its amazing how much more you take in! I go watch Notts County a few times a season. I live in Nottingham and a lot of my mates support em, in some way I enjoy the actual football side of it more than at the lane, in a purely football appreciation sense. I genuinely don't care about the result, so feel you can enjoy the actual sport more. I care too much about United ffs.
This guy's review is excellent, enjoyed this. Might give him a follow on the old twitter.
Reading - More little plastic toy mallet of Loki than Hammer of the Gods..!I come from the land of the ice and snow, namely Reading.
