When the pigs were good it was a fucking nightmare being a blade

If you think they are bad now wait until they are in the prem and playing in front of big crowds

It will make you want to walk fully clothed into the sea

Most likely route for either of us to get promoted is play offs. Championship final, Sat 28th May, 5pm. League 1 final Sun 29th May, 3pm. Would love to celebrate a piggy defeat down in London satdi night, followed by a Blade victory the following afternoon.
You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one

it would be great see them spend more money than midas get less points than derby did and then go bust and end up like portsmouth :p

If it was just a one season wonder and immediate relegation Blackpool style I could just about put up with it.

What is Worrying is Mr Tuna actually appears serious about investment and appears to know what he's doing with it unlike our lot. He'd probbaly make sure their was enough cash made available to ensure survival and see more Sky cash pouring into them.

Wow you know this? I'm impressed.

I'm pretty confident with what I have seen to say we aren't ready ( as it stands ) to go up this season, there are 4/5 much stronger teams than us so would be shocked if we did make it to the play offs and actually won them

Ah you spoiled it now. So to quote you are confident we aren't ready yet. I have watched football many years and don't know how you formulate "ready" for promotion. You either secure the points and wins or you don't. Were we ready for promotion to the 1st division when Bassett took us up? There were times we looked unbeatable but other times we looked woeful. What about when Warnock took us up? Finally, were we ready for relegation? I don't think we were but we did it in some style.
