I don’t agree with any extremist organisation wanting to defund the police and install a completely non proportionate or representative government in place of what we have now.

of course the lives of black people matter.......every life matters regardless.
There is no campaign to defund the police in the UK. That is a USA matter, attempting to shift the system of funding, which is very different from ours.

Yes, the European cup has been put back, the french authority's were particularly concerned about the travel involved in this competition.

The obvious solution for all this
victimhood is to campaign for a retrospective deduction of one point per goal celebrated with players hugging so far this season. Would put us clear at the top of the league.🤣

Jim whites had his say very unhappy says of it carries on season will have to be paused and euros cancelled. Unfortunately that’s neither Sheffield Uniteds decision or our concern.

Apart from the distortion (4* homes), this shows that you don’t watch the BBC News. They have had reporters on beaches, going out on patrol boats, filming with French police intercepting boats setting off from France, etc.
How many times in 2020 has this issue been seen on the BBC News could you let us all know?

I very much suspect it was only the minimum number of times after Nigel Farage had kicked off about it.

The BBC were for too busy with anti-Brexit propaganda of food shortages and grid locked motorways into Dover none of which has happened apart on that photograph they put out which was a grid locked motorway from around 5 years ago which they reported as being this year until it was called out as fake news. The story was quickly pulled.

An American politician said it best: “One of the defining features of this era has been the most fragile of snowflakes, the brittlest of spirits, masquerading as confrontational tough guys.”
Clearly takes one to know one 😆

You will not be surprised to learn that I have not counted. The reports have responded to changes in the cycle of events - in the long spell of good weather when the numbers rose, initiatives when Government announced changes (a reporter went out on a patrol boat with Patel, and continued to report long after she had left the photo-op, at the time of negotiations with the French Government over preventing asylum-seekers leaving France, etc. Pretty much what you would expect from a responsible news organisation, really.

Do you realise that this only means they were negative at the point that they were tested? So any fucker could have caught covid since, or could have had it at the time of testing but not be shedding enough virus for a positive test. Regular testing isn’t a free ticket to do whatever they want. They still need to abide by the rules that are set for everyone, and this includes all unnecessary contact. Close contact during a match has been proven to be very minimal, but this is obviously increased if players are hugging each other. At the end of the day it is unnecessary.
Oh ffs Oldun, grow up.

The campaign to defund the police in the U.K. appears to be being led by the government.

Hnarf hnarf.

Apologies for politics.

I could really do with cancelling my TV licence too. I have no interest in funding a propaganda organisation for Marxist views, the followers of radical religious groups, any form of ethnic minority, gays, lesbians and even paedo's (Jimmy S was a good guy really you know) all backed up by the Capita storm troopers who threaten and bully OAP's into paying the Lineker tax.

Jimmy Sirrell?

People are losing their minds at the minute 😂
And we've only won a game, imagine the schtick we would get if we managed to stay up and had a celebration parade! If I could make it back up home to join in the celebrations and get arrested for genocide in grenoside! 😆

Good to see players in matches today changed their ways and followed the guidelines after last nights BBC News with no hugging. Erm hang on....

Covid-19 and football: Should players be hugging?

Manchester City's Pep Guardiola, however, felt ignoring instinct could prove difficult for players. "It is difficult. I don't know if we will be able to do it," he said.

"We are going to do it, we are going to respect the protocols. But the moment you score a goal and one guy runs and the others don't go to celebrate with him, it is weird and uncomfortable.

"We are tested maybe five or six times in the last 10 days. Everyone is negative. We are outdoors where the virus is less aggressive. I don't know. We will follow what the Premier League says but I don't know if we will be able to do it."

Judging by the picture thats a resounding no. However the BBC seemed to have overlooked it too judging by the picture they showed. Surely thats downright hypocritical BBC picking a picture that shows hugging ?
