Wow, first win of the season and if only we could harness the power of LadzFroth, the answer to all our 21st Century power supply issues at the same time.

I’m a member of a group called defund the bbc - it is nothing more than state sponsored media (China/Russia) bunch of outdoor poo houses
I cancelled my TV licence last month, not interested in paying for something that I rarely use.......

I could really do with cancelling my TV licence too. I have no interest in funding a propaganda organisation for Marxist views, the followers of radical religious groups, any form of ethnic minority, gays, lesbians and even paedo's (Jimmy S was a good guy really you know) all backed up by the Capita storm troopers who threaten and bully OAP's into paying the Lineker tax.

Matt Hancock was asked about this on BBC Breakfast this morning...because obviously our players giving Billy a cuddle should be one of his major priorities!

Far greater stories out there...

Marine being one...

Yep, except local plod said it was a "minority". I need to relearn English then as my understanding of Minority is completely arse about face.

They did. But still didn’t impose any fines. If it was so few people, it’d have surely been easy to deal with?

That you have an issue with Black Lives Mattering?
I don’t agree with any extremist organisation wanting to defund the police and install a completely non proportionate or representative government in place of what we have now.

of course the lives of black people matter.......every life matters regardless.

More people on the street than they get at home games I'd imagine. "Yeah there's a pandemic but fuck it, I'll take the risk so I can see Gareth and Jose getting off a coach"

It should be like a game of fives, if you celebrate the goal is taken away

The hypocrisy of the last 10 months is off the scale.

I've seen friends go from curtain twitchers wanting people arrested for having a friend round, frothing over outdoor Queens Jubilee parties and people going to beaches, to doing a full 180 and insinuating anyone suggesting 10s of thousands of people meeting up during the harshest restrictions we've had might not be the best idea, was racist, back to screaming that people who followed the rules on Christmas Day and had some family round, are uncaring wankers who are responsible for killing people and putting their elderly parents at risk.

I completely understand why a significant number of people have been greatly worried this last year but what also concerns me is the sheer numbers of people who have completely lost all perspective and rationality.

I don't want to stoke the fires, but I'm sure on the news this morning, Matt Hancock had a Newcastle shirt hung up. Not into conspiracy theories at all, but the question has to be asked.

I'm sure someone on here will find it

Strange how the BBC don't report 20 blokes sat cheek to cheek in rubber dinghies crossing the channel to claim their 4* homes which has been happening every day of every month for the last year.
so fuckin true

Look at the snowflakes in this thread struggling to understand our game was on first and the news is on at ten while the other games were still on 🤣

unfortunately radio 5 called our players out on it as well this morning at 7.30 and decided to ignore the Man U players doing exactly the same thing. Definitely some sort of agenda here.

Yeah, but you already know that's not the case for the BLM movement, it was simply some individuals who setup a political organisation to try and come to prominence on the back of it and were largely marginalised and ignored by most sensible people who weren't just looking for an excuse.
I just found it a little odd someone would reference a minute political organisation without any real relevance within your original response, unless you're one of those looney's who are willfully using that as an excuse to attack an worthwhile movement. You know, like those Millwall morons.

He supports Stoke City.

That jacket must be for something else.

Rugby is not a sport I follow but when I do see a match, I see a number of large blokes with arms around each other taking 30 seconds to form a scrum only to see it collapse and then take another 30 seconds. 10 or so of them stand in a line out, no more than a couple of feet from each other. They tackle each other full on and then spend a lot more time lying on top of each other trying to get the ball over the line.
As far as I know, this is still happening in Rugby unless the rules changed when elite sport was given the go ahead to proceed was given.
Footballers should do all they possibly can to eliminate the possibility of Covid being transferred but to not celebrate a goal in the way that they do is nigh on impossible especially in situations like we had at the lane last night, the celebrations were understandable.

Don't forget supping each others piss on the team bus, in aid of team bonding.

With all the other teams doing it for
Months....let’s just report Sheffield United oh hang on they don’t score but hang on a
Minute they have scored quick they have just beat Newcastle get it on the main news about social distancing

BBC stand on your own too feet licence fee is
No longer relevant

BBC always show rugby but have they campaigned to ban the scrums ...NOPE!!!

Think rugby is on a break tbf like football should be.

Is a thread truly a thread until someone shoehorns BLM into it? 🤔
