I see that Barrie is having a medical at Forest and a fee of 500k. I think that is a good price for a lad with lots of potential. I believe he would have been a good signing for us and something a little bit different than we have.

He was always likely to choose Forest over us because he's worked with Warburton before. They've got new owners so will be offering good wages. So I doubt we ever had any real interest.

It's just my opinion and never said I was unhappy with him not signing. I just believed he would have been a good little player for us.
