I know it's really early, but with this being somewhat a local derby I thought it would be appropriate.

To be honest I’m not expecting much, I’d have preferred to play them last Saturday, their confidence would have been extremely high, and it they must have thought Palace would be a complete walk over since they have won the likes of Liverpool and Chelsea. Now we know they are beatable we can hope for 3 points, but in all fairness I can't see it, I’m hopeful though.

Blackie has turned this team completely round, and 5 weeks ago I wouldn't have thought we would win a play-off positioned Plymouth, Coventry and with our bad track record against them Norwich, and all in the space of a week.

Needless to say, let's get behind the lads and give them the best away support all season.

They have a great home record and i don't think that will stand in our favour but it's a local derby and records get chucked out of the window, however as long as wee don't lose like we did at Wednesday i won't care. I just wanna see passion and the performances we come to expect

im confident we will win, blackwell has finally brought back the passion weve lacked all season and some quality football is starting to appear, when barnsley came to us they were a poor team with the exception of howard, i dont see any reason why we wont win

No it's not. Our derbies are against Wendy. Every other match is just a match, be they against Barnsley, Rotherham, Dirty Leeds or Mamelodi Sundowns. They can kid themselves that it's a South Yorkshire derby, but that means just one thing. Bugger all.

I wasn't sure either, it's always been noticed as a local 'derby' but i just don't feel it's really that much of a derby, but y'know.
