...the Fleck and Bannan debate is settled. Our Scottish hero made Bannan look stupid time and time again in that midfield.

We completely dominated that midfield last night and should have made more of the possession we had. I remember saying at the time we had no one to come off the bench who could have made an impact.

I think that’s the one thing that is lacking from our squad is an impact sub. Someone like a Peschisolido, someone who can frighten the shit out of a tired defence towards the end. Someone like that would have really made a difference last night and probably got us the win.

Alas, Fleck is better than Bannan and that was really the main point of the post before I went off on a tangent. How he doesn’t get picked for Scotland is anyone’s guess.

I'm happy he dosen't get picked for Scotland. I would gladly have none of our players going away on international duties. I want them here with us, not risking injury in pointless friendlies.

I thought Fleck had a very good game, he ran the show. Agree with your second point though.
