The point is, if Gallagher had not scored that unlikely winner, we would have taken another draw. We were minutes away from our 7th draw in 10 games. If he hadn't scored, we'd be complaining about our inability to hold a lead and struggle to keep a clean sheet (2 in 10). That doesn't change. We still have major issues, and one last minute winner against the run of play against a shit team should not be seen as something to celebrate. It simply means we got away with conceding this time.so its 100% certain any top league 1 side will win at Hartlepool, throughout football history
and no clubs at the bottom of any league never wins at home
and teams like southampton , norwich forest etc thats been in here never lose to any team below half way
you dont watch football much do you
That is why I'm disappointed, and that is why I'd hoped for better. You can say "teams don't win all their matches" as often as you like. Teams that drop too many points don't get promoted. How many among us thought we were dropping another 2 tonight? We got out of jail, but the fact that we got ourselves into that position - against Hartlepool - is depressing. Really depressing.
And your snarky little comments only serve to highlight how far you have missed that point.
