In the academy fellas.....not perfect, could be better, but certainly better than most and a country mile better than many other clubs around us.

It's not delivering though, on shy measure that matters.

Good luck to him and let's hope he unearths some hidden gems for us but I'll reserve judgement for the time being. We had pretty much the same sort of fanfare when Lee Turnbull arrived and he did absolutely fuck all for his money
