My pre match optimism will be quelled within the first 5 minutes as Scoogs gets knocked off the ball, Wallace limps off injured (if he even starts which he won't) and when we do some laboured passing along the back four. Collins will probably shank one into the crowd at some point an all. Hope I'm wrong .

To save typing in anger I have pre prepared my posts about how a bunch of spineless two hats turned out today with no intention of getting stuck in but played to avoid injury and to make sure they are available for selection against Manure.

At best a draw, my expectation, a defeat by a couple of goaLes and the prospect of forth tier football looming ever closer.

I hope so. I watched United beating West Ham 3-2 from 1994 last night. It was like watching a different sport. Whitehouse and Bradshaw constantly pushing on, Carr and Littlejohn leading the oppo defence this way and that, Flo...well he weren't so good, but Rogers and Gannon getting stuck in, Gayle and Tuttle battling at the back...

I wish to God we had one tenth of that spirit now.
