Only Cardiff, and then boro first half have outplayed us. The rest we've more than held our own

I think that we optimists who were ridiculed at the start of the season for our views should keep our little club exclusive. All the rabble who were touting avoiding relegation as a successful target should be made to wait a bit longer before being allowed to jump on our bandwagon, and that's only if they do a bit of grovelling first!

No titans, a phrase I humbly admit to coining. No fear either, for these mighty Blades.

Nice to read all this. Far better than the silly cap-doffing we had at the outset. Deluded to think we could finish above fucking Brentford, eh? Ah, the impetuosity of the Junior Computer Manager. Give me real life experience anytime.

What? Yes, you’re right, I have and doesn’t it show?

I think Wolves are the team to stay with them going down to 10 men early on made the game easier than it would have been they are top and will take some shifting in my opinion.finish in front of them will give us automatic. They are the team to catch.

I feel that Wilder and Knill do not settle for simply maintaining performance levels. Despite playing well and winning, every game looks like an exercise in how can we improve, what can we do better, what new ideas can we try.

Today I noticed an increase in creative and unconventional ways of moving the ball and moving into space; overlapping runs at unexpected angles being found with a variety of creative passes, outside of the boot, quick swivels. It also looks like they’ve got the players asking themselves while the ball is in the air can I make a pass with this header?

We look an absolute nightmare to defend against and as others have said, if our decision making in the box gets a bit better we’re going to see games won by half time.

Very astute observation this. The move in the first half with two consecutive back heels springs to mind.

I've seen nothing to suggest we can't compete but my feet are firmly on the ground? Promotion? Let's just get safe by January, job done! After that let's go as far as we can. Utb

^^^^ as said above this

I said the same at the match yesterday , the movement and work rate of all players must make it a nightmare for defences , sharp and Leon constantly running , Duffy all over the place , fleck popping up anywhere and then you have the wingbacks and JOC and Bash storming in the box from defence !! Then also brooks off the bench !

Love this team, thank you lord Wildshire and sir Knillster,

Take a look at the league table, we're not bad at defending either. There's only one club conceded less.

Sharp constantly running? Not really his game, that. He was anonymous yesterday. Perhaps not yet match fit?

Nope.

We looked outclassed at times in our first three games, however should still have taken 4 points. We took 3.

Since then, we've clearly been better than every team we've come up against. Having no strikers let us down against Norwich, and Forest was our third game of the week, yet we were still the better side.
100%
I shit myself in the first half of the Boro game. Since then we don't only play the same as last year but we seem to be getting the same outcomes.

I don't think I've seen a better team than us this season, and a lot of opposition fans seem to agree that we have been one of the better, if not the best teams they have come up against.

After Sunderland I said that promotion this season would be a very real possibility, and I've not seen much to dissuade me since, if anything we seem to have started to move through the gears, and if last season is anything to go by, we will get stronger as the season goes on
