for tickets to arrive? Coach tickets booked at the same time arrived on Saturday, still no match tickets when I got home yesterday. Looks like I am on the phone to the ticket office today.

And to think I joked with Linz on the s24su twitter account when she said Foxy was queuing and I said I thought they'd be all over the internet sales! Always a risk with Royal Mail, but i always thought it wont be me!

Interesting to see how BO deal with it. Purposely bought lower £54 as happy with view. Assuming they can't replace existing seats and £54 virtually sold out, I don't want cheaper tickets or 54 up in the Gods.

Yep, get straight on to the ticket office buddy

Ordered mine on the Thursday (+8000 points) tickets arrived Saturday

I did Drop a bollok mind when ordering, so at their instruction, I'm taking em back to the T.O. this morning and hopefully they'll sort it out

No help to you at all I know. Mine came next day, really impressed with ticket office.

Ordered Saturday, arrived in Hertfordshire on Monday. Excellent service from the ticket office.

Mine ordered Thursday PM, got them Saturday morning. Not overly impressed with the block, but as I ordered on line, and didn't have to que then I accept what I got.

Ordered mine online first thing Saturday morning, hopefully they will arrive today. Postie seldom surfaces before midday so not here yet. All went too smoothly for my liking so I'm sure that there will be some sort of fuck up!

I think this has all been handled immaculately by SUFC.

We all have our opinions on whether the loyalty system has its flaws but so far as I can see everyone who wanted tickets, it seems, has had a chance to get them. Its all been well publicised. Online, in person, and phone sales all seem to have run relatively smoothly and they've even pulled off a marketing coup by fast tracking the availability of next seasons kit.

Hearty pat on the back.

I think the online system was great, worked smoothly, got the tickets I want, just that they haven't arrived yet.

Just spoke to ticket office. Some tickets, which may have included some from early sales days were not posted until yesterday. Fingers crossed my ( and BoS's) tickets are in there and just got relegated down the pile as other batches were posted earlier. If all else fails I will have to pick up duplicate tickets at Wembley apparently.

I agree that everyone seems to be quite pleased with the ease of obtaining tickets, I wonder how much of this is to do with our wretched final record and that the prize is championship football not premiership as before. It would be great if we could sell out. I'm sure if it were a cup final that there would be a greater clamour.

Thumbs up and Thumbs down from me.

My old man has 2 executive memberships over in the TC suite and has done for quite a few years now. The price for an adult membership is £800+VAT and all ticket requests etc go through the commercial department.

So rather than wait until Thursday for me to use my Loyalty points to get the tickets he ordered and paid for four £64 tickets. He explain of his distain for the 3rd tier at Wembley as we had sat there in 09 (Block 502) and had a shite view and felt like we should be holding on to the edge of our seats for dear life rather than watch the match. Therefore we had decided to go for the £64's as there seemed to be on the club wembley tier or the lower tier. He was told the tickets could be picked up yesterday and sent me to get them.

I got to the lane at about 4:30 and picked up the tickets, Block 501 row 4, I immediately told the lad working behind the glass about the conversation with the commercial department and he said "we just get a list and then put the tickets to the list". I asked if he could swap them for something lower down, he replied "the tickets left are all over the place now and we just have loads of boxes of tickets" I asked if he could look, he wandered off returning almost immediately to tell me no.

I decided to go back this morning first thing after having an absolutely foul evening,
spent chuntering about how I could have got better tickets by going down and queuing armed with a customer number and some loyalty points!

Walked in this morning spoke to a young lady, who saw my problem, got a box of tickets out, flicked through the tickets in front of me produced 4 tickets for the middle tier and swapped them no problems. She was a star, we had a little chuckle about it and off I went after about 3 minutes!

Now why couldn't A, the ticket office send a batch of tickets through to the commercial department last week to sort out their customers like they used to and B why couldn't that lazy arse from yesterday give me any kind of customer service that wasn't short of telling me get out!

I do understand that shifting that many tickets will have been a nightmare but a service with a common sense smile goes a long way.

So Boooo to the lad yesterday and Chuffing Well Done to the lass this morning!

Finally big thumbs up to the staff in the shop this morning making sure all fans were ok with sizes etc with new shirt. Very good service.

You just knew it was destined to happen the second you tweeted us :D

I'm sure you'll be absolutely fine, at worse have a little inconvenience picking some up...

It's one of the reasons I like to ensure they are in hand.

I had an email from the club saying that if my ticket hadn't arrived by Thursday morning I should call them and they will arrange a duplicate.

Not panicking yet...

But you are the super geek and don't trust the system at the lane! I'll text you Sat morning to see where you re investing in ale :)

tickets arrived today whilst at work. Hopefully BOSS's arrive tomorrow!

UTB!

Mine also arrived today - wife called in home from work on way to Pilates class. When she came home after the class, I said, "Ticket hasn't arrived"

"Yes they, have, I put them with your train tickets...."

But I wanted the pleasure of opening the envelope!

:(

They're actually quite crap tickets aren't they?

:D
