Just opened up a bottle of Cobra. Been playing F1 on the Xbox for the last couple of hours and going to venture out to a couple of the local pubs with the lady friend for a few hours.

It's going down a treat. Think a midnight drunken cresta run down my road on the sledge is on the cards for tonight

When i lived in sheffield I remember sledging down brooklands avenue with my folks, good times.

Spent the morning digging out our road, currently tidying the office a little and deciding what to ebay :)

Sledging and snowball fight with the kids. Hit my 8 year old with an absolute peach of a rugby tackle, think I enjoyed it more than him though. Knackered now, feel like I've been to the gym.

Testing a bottle of 10 year old Bushmills

It's crap

Been up the road to wish my Nannan many happy returns on her 77 years seeing as the weather has scuppered our plans for a post-match evening of cards and Chinese takeaway.

Now just sat having a snooze with the cats.

Listening to the radio just praying that we don't concede a goal

Yes - I know we aren't playing.

It's called "being a Blade"

Hung over, spent half the day on the train back from London. Cliff Richards in The Young Ones on the box.

*sigh*

Feels like the day after Boxing Day.

Me & Mrs BB done some food shopping and now snuggled up on the settee watching an Audrey Hepburn movie.

Sat on sofa wondering if we'll even make the play offs, now 6th.

Sat on the beach at Florida Keys. Life's a bitch AND I get to see the match when we get back :)

Just got back from a long walk in Derbyshire with the hound. We're both crackered. I love snow. Can't stop grinning when I'm out in it - mind you, that could just be the cold weather causing my risus sardonicus to flare up....

Been up in the shed working on a wedding present box made from a slab of Spalted Beech.

Cracked open a landlord and smoked my pipe.

Will carry on tomorrow as golf is off.

My daughters got a Tudor week at school and next Thursday they have to go dressed as a Tudor. My suggestion of a 1970s Utd Shirt with number 8 on the back got blank looks so weve had to go to Crystal Peaaks :(

Gave in and been up to the Cross Scythes for a coupla Jaipurs and we're now in Wetherspoons as the weather and cost of central heating isn't a good combination to thaw out any food we have in the house

Packing boxes all day until my back ceased up this afternoon. In bed unable to move far with the flat looking like a bomb has hit it. Shiite

listening to donny win on the radio. ah well, least swindon and yeovil didnt win.
and, yes im looking down too, none of the teams just outside the top 6 won either.

not really bothered about donny, youd expect them to be top 2 anyway. a swindon win would have been a bigger blow to us i think. shame bournemouth won but was hard to expect them not to beat bury at home.

In work must of day . Was hoping to scoot off and watch game , no such luck . Walked dog had a big fry , lit fire a couple of bottles of erdinger and everything looks fine. No snow just cold in Dublin. UTB .

Weather's really nice here today....for a change. Fabulous blue sky, chilly but stunning views of the mountains. Bought some beer, a bottle of Paul Masson California Red for $1.99 (about one pound thirty and I'll sup owt if it's cheap) and having a lazy day. Driving to the Post Office to send my lads birthday present in a bit then settle down tonight to watch a re-run of Batman from 1966 and the Seattle Sounders game is live on TV at 7:30.

I went to the David Bowie exhibit at the V&A. Not bad, but full of people so getting to see or read owt was a bit of a struggle and that's the whole point of going to summat like that.

Came home, watched Dublin beat Down, had a wank, and now off to smoke a bit of crack and watch series 1 of The Gentle Touch on DVD.
