Nothing. As you said, set in stone. Plus the beer and the food just won't be as good, it's what good pubs do properly and you can't replicate a decent matchday boozer in a hotel bar really.

I'm just not sure it's worth the club offering a 'semi-official' option just to have something at the ground. They did have that bar on the corner of John St/Bramall Lane, I've no idea if that's still going, but tried it once, and never went back.
