That's the angriest I've been in a long time. What a horrible team Norwich are. Whinging, cheating, conniving twats. Ref was a wanker as well. Absolutely incensed. We weren't good enough at times either but what game do we follow where cheating like that is allowed to go on?

Don't even get me started on the goalie...

We are in The Championship now, foreign manager, foreign players, you just aren't gong to see the honesty and Sportsmanship you get from British and Irish teams and managers.

We just have to put up with it.

I'm more angry at the injury gods who banjaxxed our first 4 choice strikers!

Just one of them being fit and we don't lose that game.

Their keeper was a cunt though.

But, they beat us, and we need to be better. Can't moan about cheating etc if we dont play the game, Ched needs to pull his finger out and find some form, we need to make better opportunities and we need to score goals, if we don't, we don't win, were still new in the championship, we will get better.

"We weren't good enough at times".

And there you have it. Bad day at the office. May be good to get that out of the way before next Sunday.

They were a bit OTT with their antics but they grinded out a win so it worked. It was strange seeing a Championship side play like that when we've been told how different the quality is at this level these days. They were a throwback to us under Blackwell

Thought Ched Evans had the touch of a rapist today....

He wasn't of the standard of a Championship striker today. Guess that's what you get if you're stuck with your 5th choice...

Don't get the "foreign players/foreign manager" bit.

The worst offenders were the very English Gunn (who started his ridiculous timewasting in the first half) and Maddison.

Their big centre-back Klose applauded the home fans at the end.

And this is the reason why we needed another striker during the transfer window.. brooks did great but he's not a striker. He is best just behind a front two. I thought freeman looked under par and cheddar not fit, although to his credit he is not fit and had to play. We had all the play second half but what a set of cheats Norwich are.

Maybe if others had got into a decent position in the box when him and others put decent balls in instead of hovering outside the penalty area looking vacant it might have been different.

Sharp would have made something of it today.

Do you really think Brooks did great.? He wasn't the worst and had a better day than some but somevof his decision making was down to his age and lack of experience at this level.
Freeman looked disinterested. Which was puzzling.

Yeah, there was definitely a bit of the Arsenal about us today. Very comfortable passing sideways but no penetration.

Thought Brooks was awesome when on the ball, but his movement off it was very inexperienced and you could see Evans getting exasperated. You're so right, Billy would have made a difference.

Honesty a la Steven Gerrard?
There's English honesty in the Premier league.

I know it's a forum and all that but what on earth is the point of posting stuff like this?

I know it's a forum and all that but what on earth is the point of posting on here if you haven't got a sense of humour?

Suggest you take your morally indignant stance back to the local church or parish council.

20 20 hindsight is mans greatest invention

I understand what you are saying.. but , he was expected to try to get at the Norwich defence because basically we had no attackers that were fit. Imagine him running off and behind and feeding off two experienced and fit attackers.

You should listen to CW's after match comments regarding Ched before we are too critical about his performances - not many options upfront at the moment and he's putting himself forward to play for the team knowing he's way off fitness and needing an operation.

Was he the guy who took summat off the keeper and threw it behind the goal? He seemed genuinely embarrassed by his keeper's antics tbh.

Don't get me wrong, I'm pro-Ched pal, I just know he can be better, I know he isn't 100%, don't think any of us expected him to be, but you can see when he plays, he knows he's better than he's playing, it will come I'm sure, plus, I think he plays better with wingers.

Yeah, that was him. A class act, I thought, total contrast to Gunn who was just an embarrassment to football. Him writhing on the floor in agony with his "injured back" & then turning round and smiling at & goading the kop was pathetic in the extreme.

In the programme today he's 70% fit and needing an op, playing through the pain barrier as the club are currently short of strikers.
