Just got back from the game and I am effing well furious. We haven't a clue, we really don't. That performance (if you can call it a performance) was so bad there simply aren't any words I know of that could describe it. Our fans took the piss when we strung 3 passes together - their fans did. The biggest insult was when our defenders got the ball, the home crowd did the wooooaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh.......... HOOOOOOOOOF! as it did indeed get hoofed downfield. Again. To the head of their centre half. Again.

WHAT THE BLOODY HELL HAPPENS IN TRAINING IN THE WEEK I'D LIKE TO BLOODY KNOW?

Cos I'll tell you now, it's not passing and movement. It's not set pieces or positioning. It's not utilising anybodys talent in any way. Ward was taken off at half time as he was anonymous in the first half but not once did we try to attack down the right and give the ball to his feet. In fact, and you'll not be surprised here: we hoofed it high in his direction a couple of times.

It is not the players I don't think. It's the clueless rubbish awful shite that Blackwell is 'training' them during the week.

I am absolutely sick to death of this now. If we win it's still crap. It's not entertaining. Blackwell may say it's all about results but it's not. My hard earned bloody coinage goes into watching United and I want to see some entertainment. Something nice to watch. Something to get excited about.

Why, after an piss poor performance on Saturday were the same front 6 starting tonight? Blackwell said himself that he had selection dilemma with having numerous people for selection. So if they were shite on Saturday why did they start tonight?

Me and Ollesendro left before the final whistle as we really had sat through too much. Our last piece of conversation was talking about going to Palace in a few weeks time. Yes we'll still support and christ we tried tonight but for the sodding umpteenth time: Blackwell, you have 2 options:
1. Resign or
2. Sod off.

No wait, these are the same. I retract that. Blackwell you have one option.

Angry, irate, pissed off and damn well fed up with this tripe.

You sound angrier than me! No thats impossible you are AS angry as me! I think that 'clueless rubbish awful shite' is as succinct a summary as I have ever read. I also wonder wtf they did in training last week. I watched Blackwell for long periods. It wasn't a pleasant task but better than watching us play football with my hand over my eyes. He spent the whole time berating the players but didn't change a single thing on the pitch. He needs to go now.

After the first 20-25 mins that turned into possibly the worst 'performance' I've ever seen from us, which is saying something. Never seen such shambolic defending in my life after Morgan had gone off. Ok the defenders hadn't played together before, but they're still supposed to be professional footballers. A complete embarassment. Hardly a completed pass all game.

Had gone with some Watford fans. Usually when I've been there, it's them fed up after the game, but had to give them this one.

The ironic cheers after one weak shot from Quinn near the end heading somewhere towards the goal, and a subsequent chant of "We had a shot on target" kind of summed it up. Will be there on Saturday, but if it's not a hell of a lot better I won't be bothering driving to Sheffield the weekend after for the nex game.

I'm very puzzled as to why, yet again, Blackwell and the physio have let a clearly injured player onto the pitch. This time it has cost us. I don't care what Morgan is saying, we all know his bravery, but KB and the physio have to ignore that and assess what they think the problem is. By all accounts, Hendo would have cleared it. Not seen it on TV yet.

I won't quote everything you've posted BiT, it's just the truth and we all know it.

It should be posted to Kevin McCabe so he can see that, far from the mindless rantings of 'the bloke on the terrace', it is a true and accurate reflection on what is going on.

What the hell is it with these so-called 'businessmen'? How did they make their money in the first place? Did they get lucky? Were they in the 'right place at the right time'? And then they get into football and all their so-called business acumen is exposed as smoke and mirrors.

I've tried - I've really tried - to keep out of the 'Blackwell out' debate, but last night was a series of fuck-ups too far.

If, somewhere in McCabe's empire, he employed somebody on a fraction of Blackwell's salary and they were responsible for this near-endless litany of failure, he'd be out on his ear.

And as for you, Trevor Birch, can you not see the culture of mediocrity that has been allowed to grow at BDTBL? Don't you see Sam Ellis snoozing on the back row at every home game? Don't you see teams who cost a fraction of ours, and whose salaries are comparitive peanuts, consistently outplay us?

The only thing - the only thing - that can save total meltdown in season ticket renewals for next season is for us to have a blinding run between now and May (as we've had the last 2 seasons) and convince the delusionals among us that next season will be 'the one'.

Can you see it happening?

Me neither.

Over to you, Mr McCabe.
