Outgoing? Anel

Willing to accept criticism but I think his down turn in form and attitude started when him and his partner had a baby earlier this season.

As I might have mentioned before, when players come in to the club, give generally decent / good service in terms of overall performance levels , and then we move em on for a profit, what the fuck is not to like about any of that ?

Seriously. What ?

Will never understand fans anger in these situations.

Yes I accept he’s thrown his toys out / downed tools. It’s never great is that.

But if we shifted more players on like this and actually MADE money, is that all bad ?

Consider messrs Brewster and McBurnie. A combined transfer package (including transfer fees and wages / bonuses) of around £60m total that will recoup the club the square root of fuck all !!!!!!

There are of course many others 😧

Now that’s worth a Moan 😡.

To be fair, Anel is still our player and hasn't left yet. We could also be trying to offload him all summer like the Berge situation which isn't ideal for planning and future replacements.

So as he's currently our player we as fans can criticise his attitude and performance and be fucked off.

Not seen you mention McBurnie before 😉

He’s been awful this season and definitely downed tools a few times. Could improve massively in a better team and with a leader at side of him that said he’s average at best and not even near the next cannavaro as his dad thinks he his. Attitude and discipline stink. si thi pal

I agree with you here.

The business model of any club should be buy low, develop/shop window and sell high. When we do it our fans go mental.

The problem we have is that we either buy high and let them leave on a free or panic in the final year and sell them for a fraction of their value.

Anel's gone from hero to zero in no time at all. Initially showed real quality, so no idea where this disappeared to, but if the thought of his next move had it's effect on his performance then best that he leaves as his presence will be nothing but disruptive.

Players don’t turn shit overnight. There’s always reasons or circumstances.

Frankly Anel hasn’t wanted to be here all season, my guess is the bid we allegedly turned down was one he’d have liked accepting.

Then played in a ill prepared and frankly awful team all season, in a rubbish defensive unit (one he’s contributed to), where confidence is on the ground and a likely shocking atmosphere amongst the team.

I’m sure that with a change of scenery, will do him the world of good.

Thankfully other teams scouting departments won’t take a reductive view of him being an over rated fraud and shit. Probably look at his performances over a longer time frame and believe he’ll thrive in a new system. He’s clearly got talent.

£17m sounds a bit punchy, but I’d certainly say £10m plus and a good profit is very realistic.
Aye. He's had some pretty good games this season, which could be his selling point.

Overall he's been a disgrace this season though. If he stays and does well in the Championship, fine. But I'd be pleased to get a good fee for him ASAP.

Personally, I think Anel Ahmedhozic is a great, quality defender who has been severely let down by our team. Any club that buys him would be extremely fortunate to have his services, with his fearless dedication is what endears him to the fans.

Yeah, your kid has been let down. By you, you fucking self serving cunt. Get fuck off Facebook and google Bernard Tomic’s dad. Pair of you can languish in the Azerbaijani premier league.

Anyone who struts around in the hardest league in the world, think they’re some fucking modern day Baresi, when in reality they’ve shipped in 100 goals in less than 40 games. Fucking gets sent off like a cowardly cunt. You fucking cunt. You will achieve the square root of fuck all. Fuck off.

You can only take so much Anel, before things go South 😏

Thought you’d go with Serbian….

Maybe he’ll look better with better players, but I don’t give a fuck about where he’ll end up, I only give a fuck about Sheffield United.

Last thing I saw as spineless as his performances this season was washed up on an Algarve beach

I do think he was overrated defensively last season too though. So even though he's underperformed, I don't think a backs to the wall bombardment was ever going to make him look good

Can you really blame players for giving up after the owner gave up in the summer.

The fact players are paid extremely good money to do their job, I would say yeah I do fkin blame them.

It’s one thing not being good enough. It’s another when you can physically see them downing tools and not giving two fks.

His attitude in particular has been unacceptable and offering an excuse doesn’t wash with me
