...all a bit surreal.

We'd best enjoy it now. Knowing United we'll be playing League 2 in ten years time

It's bat shit crazy! Enjoying every single minute of it..... Who'd have thought we'd be going into Christmas worst case scenario 7th in the PL, quite possibly higher?! What a time to be alive!!! Merry Christmas everyone ⚔️

Lost the same number of games as the current champions...could VERY easily have had 2 more wins instead of draws against spurs and Man U....bonkers!

keep saying it, but we have been in every game this season, no team dominating and could easily have had points from every game this season so far. Unlucky defeats V Liverpool and Leicester. Battered Newcastle without scoring somehow, Southampton had a VAR go against us as per!!

I think it is safe to say this is the best United side I have ever seen and I started going around 1963-64. The John Harris team had Woodward and Currie but this team are a better unit all round.

I keep expecting to wake up from a dream in a hospital bed to be told I got hit by the ball from simonsens penalty kick after it came back to earth.

I think I fell into a coma after the fax machine got thrown out of the window and hit me in the head as I was walking along Cherry Street.

& even during this period, the best in my lifetime - the whole shebang is under threat by boardroom woes. It kills me to think Wilder could walk in the Summer.

Everyone friend/acquaintance/colleague I bump into is saying “you must be on cloud nine, how are they doing it?” ....I just shrug and say “watch them.”

I’ve only ever really known nearly moments and disappointment with United, one other promotion prior to Wilder aside. I’ve never had it this good in the thirty years I’ve supported them and may never again in the future.

These are halcyon days for the football club, ones we’ll be telling our grandchildren about.

Hitler was a Wednesdayite - FACT!

Aside from us, I don’t think any fans apart from City or Liverpool have been so used to that winning feeling for the past 3 years.

Really is incredible, honestly think I’ll cry when Wilder moves on.

It won't happen like that. Wilder is creating a cult here. He won't just "move on". He'll lead us all into a big warehouse and set fire to us.

Sorry, I know this doesn't add anything to the mix really.....but does anyone else keep thinking....."Eh?....this is crackers.....".

In the close season i was driving to work one night and i just burst out laughing in the car, it had hit home (a month after) that we were in the premier league, I sat there musing as to how the fuck it had happened after all the fuckwits and bad luck that 3 years into wilder we were in the top division with in all respects a team forged in league one..

Potential that is realised and grown takes you to places you can only dream of, We have a manager with ambition and all the tools to succeed in his locker, and dare I say it a board who will back him*

In my mind Basham epitomises all we stand for and I never thought we’d see the Bassett days again where we triumph against all odds and the financial might of the premier league, but Sir Chris hasn’t read the script has he..

Still pinching myself and loving it all.

*kev wouldn’t have stumped up for Ollie mc.
