Sheffield United boss Bryan Robson will hand a trial to Iran international Ali Reza Nikbakht.

Representatives of the Perspolis star have suggested Nikbakht, who is valued at around £700,000, could be invited to a trial at United's Shirecliffe training ground before the transfer window closes, says the Daily Star.

Is it just me thinking he might not be as bad as i thought he would be when first heard of our interest, from reading on wikipedia i like the sounds of pace and darting runs down the left, something we've been missing sorely and he has a decent goalscoring record for his country, although they do play teams like Tajikistan which can't be hard. Also had trials with Athletico and was on the verge of playing for Fehnebache, although he does clearly have problems with discipline and in all honesty i hate primadonnas. However could still be goood?
