Currently top of the Belgium Jupiler league with Royale Union, not a bad shout, although he didn't do so well in his previous role at Genoa.

Blessin is probably unrealistic now but there'd be no harm in talking to him.

Would he be willing to swap the German top flight to only potentially reach the English top flight in a season or two?

I hope Selles can turn this around but if he doesn't start picking up points within the next couple of games then Blessin would be the first I'd approach.

An excellent manager, but given his time at St Pauli he would probably be regarded as much too woke for many of our fans.

Been my first choice for a good while but I suspect that ship has sailed. That said he's probably taken St Pauli as far as can be reasonably expected but I'd be surprised if another Bundesliga club didn't come calling.
