Me too! What an amazing and totally underrated player. The best player I’ve seen play for the Blades.

Just took time to watch that again. Welled up several times, can remember where I was in points in my life based on games and goals he played in and scored.

I also know why us older fans get grumpy with our kids when watching games together and without thinking you’ll yell “when I was a lad Woody would have…….”

Sadly there’s been no one worthy to lick his boots since. Yeh a few hot shots that’s faded or moved on but he was such a constant. Displacing Doc and still performing with Edward’s, kenworthy, Stainrod.

Assuming you're referring to the book Blade Runners Silent. I've just started rereading this amazing book again for about the 4th time.
Brilliant interviews with genuine Blade legends, many of which have sadly now gone.
