He's better than anything we have at the moment. He's better than Lolley too, so it would make sense.
If we're to pay over the odds for a Premier league player, I'd rather it to be for a proven Premier league player, instead of someone who's never played at that level.

A proven premier league player won't be dropping down to the championship on loan, unless they're 36 and their legs have gone.

It's slightly mystifying if Lolley is our second choice and won't be allowed to go out on loan.

He said it's a premier league loan.

Who? Christ knows. Could be anyone.

Could be McManaman, Wayne Routledge, Marc Pugh, Skalak. Lots of players this could be who aren't quite around their starting 11's right now.

Why have you put a 't' on the end of CW's name????

I'm not saying Murphy wouldn't improve our side, but he's not worth paying over the odds for and it can't be considered hugely ambitious.

So if it's a "wide man." Does this mean we are ditching the 532, 352, 32212 ??? The current formation?

We have two wingers already. Duffy doesn't play there and Thomas hasn't had much of a look in. Can't see either of the wing backs being dropped myself.

Typo on Nixon's part.

He said we're after another winger for the end of the transfer window. He actually meant whinger.

You know, for on here, to kick off when it all goes tits up.

Brighton saw him as an ambitious signing, and ended up in the Premier league o_O
They bought him from a league one club, and he wasn't even their top signing how did they see it as ambitious?
Is there a current league one player we'd see as an ambitious signing?

My guess is Ryan Kent or Jamie Murphy

Neither are in the Championship

*Edit* skipped to next page to see Correction to Premier League. I think Murphy would be a good shout.. its one of two type of player imo either a young loanee who is highly thought of or someone of caliber with a connection to the club like Murphy. Wasn't the story before he left that he didn't want to leave and he had bought a houseboat here and settled?
