Agree, up to sensible option. We should see where we are at Christmas imo not end of season. If a director of football is appointed he should be no where near the role, if he goes, he goes forever, otherwise he'll be here until he croaks, we need to move on if he doesn't succeed this year, despite the Salles sage.

Not disagreeing we shouldn't have a plan in place with potential of DoF, if we have a coach that can take over with a DoF for the Jan transfer window then totally agreed we depart. The only reason I said end of the season is that we will be paying him until then regardless if he goes now or next year, doesn't stop behind the scenes replacement work though
