Funny the type of players Ai recommends, i asked Gemini for a box to box central midfielder who has pace and vision, is likely to come to United, can play in a 442 or 352, plus a few other gateways.![]()
'Secret recipe' - Kieran Maguire on Town's use of Brighton's recruitment system
Football finance expert Kieran Maguire has explained how Ipswich Town may look to use Brighton’s recruitment system ahead of their Championship…www.eadt.co.uk
Quite interesting read regarding Brighton's methods of recruitment

It gave me 8, 1 player was playing for Dortmund and 1 it made up, those aside the six realistic ones were:
Flynn Downes (Southampton - England)
Lewis Travis (Blackburn Rovers - England)
Hayden Hackney (Middlesbrough - England)
Sivert Mannsverk (Molde FK - Norway)
Mathias Kjølø (FC Twente - Netherlands)
Hannes Wolf (New York City FC)
Obviously Brighton's Ai model is streets ahead of Gemini, and this amused me for 5 minutes, but that aside I'm curious as to what we think of these players?
It's bewildering to me that people expect AI (or any form of data driven scouting) to find players they've heard of.Has anybody analysed how manu successful players Brighton and Brentford have signed from the Peruvian and Bulgarian Leagues?
I'm with you on that. Coventry signed Gus Hamer from PEC Zwolle.... come on, what do you mean you've not heard of them? They're a Dutch team, get with the program you ignoramus! Honestly, you'll be telling me that you'd never heard of him before he signed for them! It's bewildering to me that people expect AI (or any form of data driven scouting) to find players they've heard of.
The whole point is to identify players other clubs might not have spotted, ideally low risk transfer fees which typically means not Spain, Italy, Germany etc.
To answer your question about Peru and Bulgaria, I don't believe either Brighton or Brentford have signed a player from either of those countries but both clubs have many players from 'obscure' (ie lower ranking) countries. How many of their best players had you heard of before they signed them?
We havent signed anyone from Bulgaria, they are Nigerians who played in the Bulgarian LeagueIt's bewildering to me that people expect AI (or any form of data driven scouting) to find players they've heard of.
