It wasn't a bad interview but I really don't get the fascination of some with rating Adkins interviews. Until our on-field performances drastically improve then I don't give a shit what he says in an interview.

Because all manager speak is bollocks anyway.

No way it will be the same team. Reed won’t play. I’m not sure Baxter will. I think one of Sammon, Adams or Sharp might be dropped. I expect the likes of Coutts and JCR to come in. It will be interesting to see whether Collins plays. He was remonstrating with Hammond after Shrews 2nd goal and was hauled off at half time. Could he be back on the naughty step?

Unless Sharp is dropped then I will not believe Adko can see where the faults lie in Billy's crap form.

As Sitwell said on another post, Billy's expecting the birth of his child. If I were manager I'd use that as a reason to 'rest' him. Tell him he's not dropped, just miss the next couple of games until everything's sorted. Then if Done scores a couple and we start winning (I know) I'd be able to say 'how can I change the team right now? You'll just have to bide your time'.
And Done will know that if he doesn't perform consistently Bully will take his place again.

It's called clutching at straws, we have nothing to cheer on the pitch so now a good interview is the source of great jubilation. Like you say if he could actually transfer the interview to the pitch it might be a little better.
