he wouldnt be out this early mate if we lose this hed probly have til christmas to get us somewhere in top 8 or top 6 itd be a big mistake if we sack him cos theres no one else out there who could take us up to the championship in the next 2 years but i think he might start looking at the loan window even more or start getting players in in january from the radio updates it sounds like our only good players out there are sammon and hammond

I disagree with the Adkins out sentiment. Enough is enough with that mentality now. The guy's made mistakes, we can all see that, he'll know better than anyone how badly he screwed up his preparation this summer. He has a few promotions out of this league on his CV, you can't call that a fluke.


I'm resigned to writing this season off and would like to see him given another crack at it. 1 more full year for me. If next October/November, after two transfer windows he still hasn't turned it around, then on his head be it. I'm far, far from a clapper and as sick of this shit as anyone but we can't just keep making the same mistakes. We have a rotten squad full of losers, 90% of which I can't stand to support, ship them out, pay them off, do whatever has to be done and rebuild. They're a right bunch of pricks this squad of ours, so much for Clough placing "great emphasis on a players character" or whatever that spiel was.

hope he gets another year he needs one cos hes using cloughs squad instead of one he built yeah theres a few players here that hes bought in (sharp, sammon, woolford, edger, hammond) and a few that hes using week in week out (baxter, adams, freeman, harris, coutts) he needs another season so that in the summer he can build his own squad not to mention financial fair play probably made it harder for him as he cant spend as much on a single play as clough could the only players he should keep in the summer are sharp, sammon, adams, baxter, coutts, long as 2nd choice keeper but need a new first choice, freeman, brayford, harris, maybe edger and basham, jcr, maybe collins, k wallace, maybe hammond as he was havin a few good games before this. other than brayford these are the only ones whove stood out to me this season and deserves to be here next season when he can build his own promotion squad
